These are some of the Skipping Rhymes that I remember - plus some given to me by my grandchildren.

You're supposed to do the actions in each of these first three rhymes!

"I am a Girl Guide"

I am a Girl Guide dressed in blue,
These are the actions I must do,
Salute to the Captain,
Bow to the Queen,
And turn my back ,
To the boy in green

"Girl Guide, Girl Guide, Dressed in Blue"

Girl guide, girl guide, dressed in blue,
These are the actions you must do:
Stand at attention, stand at ease,
Bend your elbows, bend your knees.
Salute to the captain, bow to the queen,
Turn your back on the dirty submarine.

I can do the heel and toe, I can do the splits.
I can do the hoochy-koochy, just like this.

Girl Guide, Girl Guide, dressed in green,
The leader sent me to the Queen.
The queen didn't want me, sent me to the King
The King said "Turn around and count to seventeen".
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, ... 17

"Teddy Bear (Version 1)"

Teddy bear, teddy bear,

Two high kicks,

"10 Little Sausages"

1 went 'pop'

8 little sausages sizzling in a pan

..... etc

"Bumper Car, Bumper Car"

Bumper car, bumper car
Number 48,
Whizzed round the corner…..

(child leaves the skipping and runs round the person turning)
How many boys/girls did you kiss last night
1,2,3,4,5' etc

(till they are out)

An alternative is
'how many cars did you crash last night'
